meeting - சந்திப்பு = an occasion when people come together to discuss things and mak decisions.

conference = அரங்கம்  = a large formal meeting, often lasting for several days

session = செற்றம் = a formal meeting or groups of meetings of a parliament or a law court

summit = சிமையம் = a meeting or set of meetings between the leaders of two or more governments

convention = வணையம் = a conference of people who do a particular job or have a similar interest.

gathering = கூட்டம் = an occasion when people come together for a specific purpose

assembly = அவையம் = a meeting of people gathered for a particular purpose
